Continuity mistake: In the dormitory, when lovestruck Ron is going gaga over Romilda, he is wearing a brown sleeveless tee shirt and its tan trim has many holes. When Harry brings Ron to Slughorn, Ron is still wearing that tee shirt, but now some of the holes are gone and the rest of the holes have changed position. (01:26:50)
Continuity mistake: After Mike and Ned fight with lightsabers, when they are in the kitchen Mike's wedding ring moves from his left hand to his right hand and back again, depending on the angle of the shot. (00:21:05)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Watson and Adler are laying out the map, they place two objects on the map to hold it down. In the very next clip where it shows Holmes talking, you see Watson and Adler placing those same objects on the map.
Continuity mistake: As Jackson is dropping his kids off in the limo, it shows all the mosquito bites on their faces. Later that morning, as the family is sitting down at breakfast, the bites have disappeared and don't show up again.
Continuity mistake: Dom smashes his Charger into the side of the silver Chevrolet 4x4 and damages the front of the car, yet in all following shots, the damage has gone.
Continuity mistake: When John is driving to the gas station, the back door of his car is missing, although it was there when he was driving from his house.
Continuity mistake: When we first see Anna's mom, the bell is on her left hand. But in the scene where Anna is down in the beach house at night and sees her dead mother, the bell changes to her right hand.
Continuity mistake: During the prison fight scene, Silk Spectre's stiletto boot heels are alternatively flat-soled from shot to shot, for the stunt woman's benefit.
Continuity mistake: At Susie's locker, when Ray first approaches her, she is startled and closes her locker door almost completely, but not quite. In the next shot, the door is completely shut without her having touched it.
Continuity mistake: In the dream scene where Larry writes on the blackboard in front of the student audience, when Larry writes on the blackboard he writes the wrong formula "delta p = square root of <p>^2 - <p>^2". The bell rings, the students leave and you see Larry again in a close-up and above his shoulder you see the the first 2-squared moves from outside the bracket into the bracket. (01:06:35)
Continuity mistake: When the reporter is interviewing Bad Blake in his hotel room he is using his pocketknife to cut the meat in his meal. When the shot returns to him, he is using a plastic knife.

Continuity mistake: When Dillinger is looking at his watch just before going to the movies, the time is 6:02. Close-up of his mum's photo, and the time is now something like 6:25.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the film when Kirk is being awarded his medal, behind the Federation Counsel you can see 3 flags in the background- the center flag is the California state flag. After Kirk shakes Pike's hand, and the camera pans up and back, the California flag is hanging significantly different so that it is no longer recognizable, seeming almost blank white. As the ceremony is indoors and all attending are standing motionless, this flag should not have moved. (01:56:25)
Continuity mistake: After Esther suffocates Daniel in the hospital, Kate slaps Esther in the face. The hospital staff then hold down Kate and she drops her iPhone, screen down. The iPhone starts ringing, even though the screen is facing the floor. In the next scene, it is still ringing, but with the screen facing upwards.
Continuity mistake: When the antimatter explodes in the helicopter, the the shock-wave blasts off part of the roof inside St. Peter's Basilica, above the alter, obliterating everything below. However, in the scene where the Camerlengo self immolates himself at the altar close to the end of the movie, there is no evidence of the shock wave earlier, the candles are burning, oil lamps are lit and alter is intact. Continuity mistake: As Derek Charles hold his cup of coffee and engages in conversation, the cup changes hands several times between shots. (00:12:25)
Continuity mistake: In the beginning of the movie, the doctor invites the two girls knocking on his door inside out of the rain because their car broke down. He gives them both water (laced with drugs). One of the girls knocks her glass over, spilling most of the water, which can be seen as the glass sits on the table. Then when the doctor leaves the room, while the two girls are talking, you can see that the glass on the table magically is filled again.
