In the next shot shown from above the house the car has disappeared and they both fly into the air.
Suggested correction: No, we see her drive up in the car, not fly in. But you are right that when we see them take off the car is missing.
You must have seen a different version of the movie I saw her land there, it's on Netflix.
You're right. I just saw the version on Netflix and she flies in, while the version from disc I have shows her drive up with a minute of dialog between them next to the car that is not in the Netflix version. I find it very surprising that there are two versions with that major of a difference.
An extended cut was released on DVD and Blu-Ray which has a couple extra scenes as well as modified scenes (including Mary driving to Hancock's). Netflix would have shown the theatrical cut version. (Or if I had to venture a guess, the UK release version as Netflix has a tendency to use those versions for some reason).
Continuity mistake: At Riley's Garage, when Troy and Chad are about to rummage through the junk looking for the radiator cap, Troy raises his arms and his boxers are light grey, but next shot when he lifts the truck's hood his boxers are black. It's also noteworthy to mention that during "Boys Are Back," young Troy is wearing patterned boxers, though all other clothing is identical. (00:53:45)

The dispenser, which is visible over Francis Tierney's right shoulder, is at first full of paper towels, then empty, then full again. The paper towels are at first sticking out of the bottom of the dispenser, then they vanish.

He asks him about the two framed playing cards (jack diamonds and 8 diamonds) underneath which a golden badge is in the frame. The next shot is a closeup of the frame, and the golden badge is gone. There is just black velvet on the place the badge has been.

Continuity mistake: When Michael and Brenda are in the hallway of the apartment, Harry first asks them about Michael playing pro ball, Michael's hands goes from having the ball in them, to under her arm, to back in his hands in three consecutive frames.
