Continuity mistake: When the guys in the Impalas are chasing Chevy and his girlfriend from the sweatshop, the last car hits the fence. Right before the car hits the fence a guy is hanging out of the window (meaning it's open). After Chevy walks up and finishes the guys off and turns around the angle changes with the car behind him and the window is up. Chevy would have shot it out EVEN IF the guy rolled it up. (01:03:30)
Continuity mistake: When we see the first instant messaging conversation between Stone, Izzy, and Tim, Tim's screen name is "Tim86". However, when Tim starts talking to Stone, it has changed to "Tim79."
Continuity mistake: In the woods on the island, when Edward first meets Sister Willow, he is about to close his sports coat, and in the next shot of him, the sports coat is buttoned up. After a quick shot of Sister Willow, in the next shot of Edward, his coat is entirely unbuttoned and open again.
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, two people are dragging a coffin through the desert. After first seeing only their boots, when we see the two guys, the one wearing a white shirt is on the left, and the one with a red shirt on the right. But in the very next shot their positions have changed, now the man with the white shirt is on the left while the one with the red shirt is on the right.
Continuity mistake: As Mercedes flees after cutting the captain, her hair is done up in a braid, but in the next shot her hair is down and flowing. (01:34:05)
Continuity mistake: At the start, in shots from the stage towards the audience, all of the fires are lit, but in a closer shot of the audience near the front of the stage, at least one of the fires is out. During the final illusion shown at the end, the same shot or at least very similar to the one used at the beginning shows the same mistake again. (01:28:25)
Continuity mistake: Right at the start of the paintball game, we see that one of the players does not have a hopper (paintball holder) on the top of his marker (paintball gun). And he is firing blanks.
Continuity mistake: When Louis Simo is unconscious on the floor, his girlfriend enters and the keys next to his head change position in the next shot. (01:16:20 - 01:17:05)
Continuity mistake: When Oleg falls out of the closet, there are no tools on the closet floor. After Teresa notices the DVDs behind the clothes, she looks down and all the knives and other tools on the floor have magically appeared.
Continuity mistake: In the scene at Santa Monica Pier, at the restaurant, there are a few continuity errors. When Hope shows her boyfriend the fixed laptop, water levels change in the glasses. At around 00:09:00, the waitress takes the menu from the guy in the leather jacket behind Hope. When the waitress comes to Hope and her boyfriend to take their order and on the close up of Hope, when she says, "I've decided what I want.", approximately 5 seconds later, the guy in the back has his menu again. Then when the waitress says, "I'll come back." The menu is gone again.
Continuity mistake: When Naomie Harris wakes up in the trailer after being abducted, she is rigged with a bomb around her neck. During the scene there is sunlight coming through the window of the trailer. The problem is that the whole section of the movie beginning, when she's abducted till she's in the hospital, takes place roughly between the hours of 2:00 and 4:00 A.M.
Continuity mistake: When Jill puts the piece of paper with the code for the security system on top of the system in another scene it's gone, and when she returns it's back again.
Continuity mistake: The 70s vintage green Plymouth belonging to the secretary, has what appears to be an inspection sticker on the driver's side of the windshield. However, when the vehicle catches fire near the end of the movie the sticker is missing.
Continuity mistake: When Ernie lifts the bike, he picks it up by the top wheel. When he is shown carrying the bike a second later, he is holding it by the lower bar.
Continuity mistake: When they're travelling in the coach, wideshots of them driving show them driving through deserted countryside. But in shots from inside the coach you can see the roofs of houses and telephone poles passing by.
Continuity mistake: When the monster puts down Hanso after she tries to escape, you can see her footwear is completely dirty, but in the next shot where the monster's tail uncoils itself from her body, you can now see the pink and white of her footwear that you couldn't see before.
Continuity mistake: In the scene after the bus rolls down (when they are at the beach), one of the girls is wearing a red bikini, but when she gets in the water it's black. (00:13:40)
Continuity mistake: When Sarah is in the library, Kate comes and leans on the table next to her. When we first see her close up, her ponytail is dangling by her head, it zooms out and the ponytail is on her back, again it zooms in and is in front of her face, zooms back out and it's on her back again.
Continuity mistake: On Deer Island during the dinner party before the two lead characters marry, Angelina's character is seen to be carrying a glass of white wine. The scene changes, and the wine is now red when she sets it down on the table.
Continuity mistake: When Gabe is tied up in the chair, under his left eye we see a cut change to a scar and back several times.
