Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Adam walks around his apartment with his camera (because the lights were out) the filmmakers put lights in the set so the actors wouldn't walk into walls, and also letting the audience see what's actually happening. In the movie, though, there are supposed to be no lights on at all. However, just before Adam opens the closet door with Jigsaw in it, you can see the reflection of one of the set's lights on the top of Adam's camera.
Visible crew/equipment: During the briefing Weyland says "But it's not on the ice, it's two thousand feet below it" it cuts to a shot behind Maxwell with an overview shot of the crew. If you look behind Maxwell you can see the tip of a head moving into picture. In the previous shot we could see no one was standing behind Maxwell, and it couldn't be Sebastian cause he went back to his seat. (00:07:55)Mortug
Visible crew/equipment: When Susan enters the building's stairwell, in the overhead shot you can see the reflection of the crew or equipment on the banister. It can't be Susan's reflection because she is relatively still, yet the reflection is moving and it is above where she could cast a reflection.
Visible crew/equipment: When Knoxville and a bad guy end up fighting hand to hand downstairs (in Chris's house) after trading off shotgun blasts at one point they end up grappling in front of an armoire with a glass front. Just before they struggle off to fight in another part of the room you can see a crew member with a black shirt appear from the left in the reflection of the glass. Since Chris appears in the scene about a few seconds after this it could be him. He was also wearing a black shirt but one things for sure whoever it was was not meant to be seen as they quickly ducked out of sight. (01:06:55)Tobin OReilly
