Visible crew/equipment: Peter comes home after having sex with the Sophia Loren stand-in, and when he walks into the lounge room and finds Michael and the babysitter asleep on the couch, a camera shadow is visible on the lamp shade.
Other mistake: In the end when everyone is on the Kippie Kann show, they show the clip of Lulu and Joyce at the restaurant. It shows Lulu saying, "I'd say it's nice to see you, but then I'd be lying." In the restaurant scene, Lulu never says that.
Continuity mistake: When Derek arrives at the house party he gets a blue drink off a tray, yet when he manages to get away from the jocks its disappeared.
Plot hole: When Dan is chasing after Carter to catch him and Alex together at the restaurant, there's very little chance he could have had any idea where Carter was going. He couldn't have told the cab driver to "follow that taxi" because in the time between Carter getting in a cab and Dan getting in a cab about 5 taxis drive past, so how he happens to end up at the same place is a miracle.
Visible crew/equipment: When Ricky goes into Wisdom's flat to find him dead inside, a boom mic is visible in the reflection on the frosted glass in the door as it swings open.

Continuity mistake: When Jack and Miles pull up to the house to retrieve the wallet, one of the drapes is pulled back in the front window. When Miles walks up to the house, both drapes are drawn over the window.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Alfie sees Julie in the cafe with Adam, he walks out to his scooter. They show him put on his scarf. Then for a second, it disappears, then reappears.
Revealing mistake: At the beginning of the movie a hamburger is thrown in hopes that a dog will "fetch" it. When the dog does not do so the hamburger is retrieved twice, in perfect shape, to be thrown two more times. On each throw its various parts would have landed individually all over the place and not been throwable again.
Revealing mistake: During the wedding scene, while the narrator is talking, you can see the string that will pull the left table apart. As said in the commentary, the filmmakers weren't going for the idea of people pulling the tables apart, but rather some other force parting them. (01:27:40)
Continuity mistake: During the fight between the vampires and Anton, the vampire stabs Anton in the hand with the scissors and Anton kicks him in the face. When Anton starts his kicks the vampire is still holding the scissors that are imbedded in Anton but when the shot changes and Anton lands the kick, the vampire is a few steps to the side and not holding the scissors anymore. Factual error: At the beginning of the episode where the school gets a news broadcast, Mary Ferry says that the first broadcast will be the following Monday. Later in the show, however, she is talking to Addie at school and says that the first broadcast is the next day. If that was true, it would be Sunday, and they would not be in school, and they never changed the date of the broadcast.
Continuity mistake: When Frank is in the warehouse about to make the trade for the family, the big tilt-out window behind him is open or closed depending on the camera angle.
