Continuity mistake: In the beginning, when Anderton arrests the jealous husband, he notes that he is being arrested on April 22 - that day - for the future murder of his wife and her lover. Later, while Anderton is jogging, we see billboards advocating a "Yes" vote on pre-crime on April 22. The next day, Anderton's boss Lamar notes that the vote is in a week, which would make it April 15, making the day that the jealous husband was arrested April 14, not April 22. (00:13:05 - 00:15:15)
Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the movie, when Joey Nova is trying to get out of town, he sells his football ring to the drug dealer, but in the final scene he is clearly shown wearing the ring when he points the gun at his father.
Continuity mistake: When Jason is cutting Marie's hair in the hotel room, his watch is on his left wrist. When he and Marie begin to kiss, in this flipped shot Jason's watch is on his right wrist, his moles have changed sides, and the hand-held showerhead behind them is backwards as well. Next shot his watch is back on his left wrist. The flipped shot has nothing to do with the small bathroom mirror. (01:00:56)

Continuity mistake: In the beginning of the movie during the skateboard scene with Shaggy and Scooby riding along the conveyor belt, Scooby grabs a hook and both Shaggy and Scooby jump off of the skateboard. Continuity mistake: Samara, as seen in the psychiatric sessions on the videotape, has a prominent gap in her front teeth - yet when she decomposes in Rachel's arms down in the well, the skull that is left has perfect teeth with no visible gap.
Continuity mistake: When Sy is following Nina and Jake after he put the picture of the husband cheating in with Jake's pictures, the cars pull over to the side of the road. If you watch when they pull over, you see that they pull over next to a down sloping hill that is nicely green with grass and a few sporadic trees. But when they show Sy's car in the rearview mirror, you see that they are now pulled next to a large up sloping hill that is covered in leaves, dirt, and a lot of trees. (00:53:40)

Continuity mistake: When Joe is leaving the dinner party after talking to the grief counselor, he puts on his jacket and the collar of his sweater is flat underneath it. The camera cuts away and when you see him again his collar is standing up closer to his neck. Then the camera cuts away and his collar is flat under his jacket when it comes back to him again.
Continuity mistake: Rachael leaves the party with one hairdo, and arrives at Cassandra's place a few minutes later with a completely different one.
Continuity mistake: Clint Eastwood is viewing the security camera tape from the store on his boat. As Graciela arrives carrying a paper bag, the scarf covering her sweater changes position at least twice.
Continuity mistake: Hadley is in the hospital and she is talking to Alicia. Later on in the scene Alicia goes home. Hadley's dad walks in and she makes him call Alicia to take back his promise. When he phones her it has only been like 2 minutes and Alicia is home from the hospital. How can this be.
Continuity mistake: During the first meal in the new house, the level of Coke in the daughter's glass keeps changing as the camera cuts between her and her mother. The Coke can revolves as well. Sometimes the Coke-logo is visible, at other times the list of ingredients is facing the audience.
Continuity mistake: Bret shoots himself under the chin and a hole is blown in his forehead. Moments later when he's on the ground, for a split second, you can see his forehead completely unblemished. (01:03:00)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Maud and Roland are lying on the bed in the hotel talking about their love problems, Maud moves her head back slightly on the pillow and then keeps it there so her head is about thirty inches away from his. Continuity mistake: When Watson is walking up to the Black Tor, he is seen walking in torrential rain. But when he arrives at the top, the rain has stopped, and both his hair and clothes are completely dry.
Continuity mistake: When Rheya comes with Kelvin to his apartment her hair is parted on the side when they go up the elevator. When they enter the apartment her hair is parted in the middle. (00:25:35)
