Factual error: This movie is set in New York. In the beginning of the movie, Ryan (Charlie Sheen) is working as a stock broker and is at work in a high rise office building. Library Tower is clearly visible through the window. This is the tallest building in California. Imagine if the Empire State Building was visible in a movie set in LA. (00:10:50)

Other mistake: When the guys find out that they've passed the THC test, Jamal turns to Silas and asks if they're still high on the ivory. At the moment he asks, an elf walks across the room. Plot hole: When Carlos (Bill Maher) is explaining to Michael what was a valid roll he says that the redhead rubbed the dice on her chest for good luck and threw them. However she immediately threw the dice when Michael handed them to her. She only rubbed them on her chest and gave them back to Michael on a prior roll.
