Continuity mistake: As Tom Cruise and Elisabeth Shue are walking on the beach on their first date, they walk towards the camera, and you see the shadow of the camera crew very clearly.
Continuity mistake: During the chase scene, Steven Seagal has his tyre shot as he's fleeing from the bad guys. In the next shot, the tires are totally gone from the rims, then they're back again, then they're gone again.
Continuity mistake: In a bus scene Crash is shown holding a guitar talking about being in the majors. In one scene he's just holding the guitar, the next he has a pair of sunglasses in his hand while holding the guitar. The next scene the sunglasses are gone. A couple of shots later the guitar is sitting in the seat next to him. When Laloosh challenges Crash to a fight, he's holding the guitar again.
Continuity mistake: There is a scene where the kids are being chased in a speedboat, while mortars are being launched at them from behind. One shot is of the young boy looking at an incoming mortar over his right shoulder, yelling "Look Out!", and then seeing the mortar hit on the left side of the boat.
Continuity mistake: In the scene in the restaurant where Tom Cruise and Dustin Hoffman are trying to order breakfast, Hoffman's character fixes the salt and pepper shaker a certain way. In the next shot they are opposite the way he fixed them. Then in the next shot they are back to the way he had fixed them. (00:37:15)
Continuity mistake: When Mark Harmon's character arrives at Sean Connery's house, as he gets out of the car he slams the door, but the sound of the door comes a few seconds later.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Tom Hanks goes back to his mother's house when he's "BIG", he tries to convince his mother it's him by telling her his birthday: November 3rd. However, in the scene (with John Heard and Elizabeth Perkins) showing the milk carton of Tom Hanks "missing" as a young boy, his d.o.b. is shown as 1/20/75. (00:16:50 - 00:53:05)
Continuity mistake: When Petri fell into the tar pit, there were two dinosaur skeletons, one on each side. When Spike, Ducky and Littlefoot went to rescue him, the skeletons were gone.
Continuity mistake: When Harrison Ford is on the rooftop and the suitcase accidentally opens, the Statue of Liberty goes flying off the rooftop and on to the ground, several stories down. In the next shot, the little statue is perched at the edge of the rooftop. Also, the clothes that fly away magically reappear next to the suitcase a shot later.
Continuity mistake: Anderson (Gene Hackman) visits Clinton Pell's wife and she's talking about Genesis 9, verse 27. In the first shot he's standing right behind her. In the next shot he stands on her left side. Then again right behind her.
Continuity mistake: When Veronica and JD are in the kitchen making the hangover cure to kill Heather Chandler, they both screw the cap back on the Drain Opener. (00:25:10 - 00:26:05)
Continuity mistake: When Frank sees what he thinks is the Ghost of Christmas Future in the elevator, he flips out and accidentally clocks Grace in the jaw. She puts her right hand to her face, but in the next shot she's holding her left hand up.
Continuity mistake: When Kaneda shoots Tetsuo with his laser gun, it makes a hole on his shirt. In the next scenes, the hole is gone.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie, policemen are inspecting the deceased Rory's house to retrieve the bloody mattress for Dr. Channard yet at the end of the first Hellraiser, the house completely collapsed.
Continuity mistake: In the first scenes at the pizza parlour, Julia Roberts is taking a pizza to a table and picks up a half full jug (pitcher) of flat looking beer. By the time she gets to the table to deliver the pizza the jug is full and has a frothy head on it.
Continuity mistake: When Dan is in the woods the amount of wood he is carrying decreases. (00:25:35)
Continuity mistake: When Lawrence and Cake are in the bar talking about the arrest of Blue, the beer in front of Cake goes from full with a full head, to half empty, to full without a head, to full with a head.
Continuity mistake: When Valmont visits Madame de Tourvel and enters her room, there's a servant standing next to Valmont who appears to leave and you hear the door close. In the next scene he is still standing there with the door closed and then takes Valmont's hat, opens the door, and leaves.
Continuity mistake: During the "Limbo Rock" segment, the scene changes from shots of the council members dancing at Tilted Acres to Penny and Tracey's parents watching it on TV. The queue of the council members waiting in line to go under the pole changes between shots.
Continuity mistake: Near the end when they're entering the Mexican village, Billy's coat disappears as he rides through the gate. (01:17:45)
