Continuity mistake: When Bugs is sitting on the bench in Central Park with the other out of work actors, he has stubble on his chin. When Bugs accepts Elmer's role as his sidekick in his vaudeville act, the stubble has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When Porky emerges after his mauling from the gorilla, his face is covered in scratches, but when he is speaking to the Ajax Broadcasting Company on the telephone, the scratches have disappeared.
Plot hole: When major Singleton challenges Brant Royle to a duel with single shot pitons, he fires one pistol, and leaves the other pistol on the bar. He then goes into his carriage and shoots himself. He only has the pistol that has already been fired.
Continuity mistake: When the nanny tells off Sylvester for chasing Tweety, the handle on her umbrella changes position between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Porky inspects Prissy for eggs, you can see that the nest to her has nothing on the wall, but when Porky threatens Prissy to lay an egg, a sign with "Daphne" on it has appeared.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Sylvester is sliding down into the bulldog who keeps punching him, there is a label on the side of the bulldog's cage saying "Warning Vicious Dog" that disappears when the bulldog slides down towards Sylvester.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the cartoon, Tom lifts a flower pot to reveal a cowering Jerry. But after Tom has caught Jerry with his lasso, he pulls him back but the flower pot is nowhere to be seen.
Continuity mistake: In a full length view of the two forts, Sam's fort has a flag reading "They" and Bugs' fort has a flag with "We" on it. When we see Sam tunnelling underground, the words on the flags are missing.
Continuity mistake: At the saloon, Jim brushes off Mr. Walsh and walks out on him. Walsh turns to Francie the bartender, who suddenly is holding the bottle that was undisturbed on the counter a moment before. (00:17:25)
Continuity mistake: When Spike is disguised as a fortune teller, he writes on a piece of paper: "To the Judge - I cheated in every event. Signed: Droopy". When he hands the piece of paper to the judge, the "To the Judge" and "Signed" with the dotted line are missing.
Continuity mistake: During the rehearsal, Bixby throws a temper tantrum and kicks the piano. It slides straight toward the curtain, but in the next shot, it's spinning around. In the shot after that, it disappears altogether. (00:26:10)
Continuity mistake: When Daffy begins reading "The Scarlet Pumpernickel" at the start of the cartoon, you can see that the script is by the wall. Later on, both Daffy and the script are in front of J.L.'s desk, and a few shots later they are near the wall again.
Continuity mistake: When Annie finishes her song about "doin' what comes naturally," she grabs her rifle and uses the butt to shoo the children towards the house. The man she is talking to is close enough that she could touch him with the gun if she wanted too. The shot changes to a longer shot of the same view and the man is suddenly 5 or 6 feet further away, where the gun would no longer reach him.
Revealing mistake: Rusty Cameron makes a call from a pay telephone. He makes several movements with his index finger and the sound of the dial can be heard but the dial itself never moves.
Continuity mistake: When Tom shoots a stream of balls to flatten Jerry, the last ball in the pack is coloured purple, but when the balls rebound off the side rail, the last ball is now a green one.
Factual error: When the two escapees from the POW camp are in the anchor room of the ship they are on, they leave the harbour and the pilot boat leaves them, but then the chain for the anchor goes out, but they are moving away from the port, why on earth would they be dropping the anchor? If anything they would make sure that all the chain is in the anchor room and the anchor would be on deck.
Continuity mistake: Upon seeing Donald Duck's footprints in the sand, Chip walks the length of one footprint, leaving eight of his own footprints as he goes. He fetches Dale to show him Donald's footprints but when Chip reaches the footprint he walked across, his own footprints have vanished.
Factual error: Waco Johnny Dean played by Dan Duryea grabs a pistol from a bystander and then gets shot multiple times by Jimmy Stewart. As Waco goes down he fires several rapid fire shots from a double action revolver. Not likely given the time period some time after the civil war.
Continuity mistake: When Sam puts his pistol against Bugs' nose, you can see there is graffiti saying "The Captain is a Shnook" behind him, but after a quick cut to Bugs, we return to Sam and the graffiti has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: Before Dinah the Dachshund enters her home, the door flap is open. In the next shot, it is closed.
