The Friendly Physician - S2-E29
Plot hole: The scientist yells for Igor to capture the escaping Castaways, to which Igor responds "capture them yourself" in Ginger's voice. The scientist appears surprised to find out Igor is not Igor, but how can this be? He had to be the one to pull the lever to switch everyone's personalities and bodies around, so he should have already known.
Plot hole: In order to build up suspense, Virgil and Brains stand on the Crab Logger as its dangerous fuel is pumped out, despite the fact that it is hanging on the edge of a precipice. In fact they could have left as soon as they had plumbed in the pipes to empty the fuel tanks - the whole procedure is controlled by Scott in Thunderbird 1 and they make absolutely no contribution to the operation at all. They do not need to disconnect the pipes; they are left behind and dropped from Thunderbird 1 as planned. They just stand there chatting about how much danger they are in until jumping clear at the very last second. Silly buggers.
Plot hole: When Duck and Diesel leave the shed, Diesel follows Duck instantly, but the tracks they are on both lead to the turntable. As they are on different tracks to each other, it would be impossible for Diesel to follow Duck that quickly as the turntable could only be set to one track at a time.
Plot hole: Hippolyta tells Hawkgirl of Aresia's background of being born in the outside world, the war in her country and right up to her drifting to the shores of Themyscira. It would be impossible for her to know anything of Aresia's background as in part two, it's explained that the captain of the ship who saved Aresia died shortly after reaching Themyscira and therefore would not have been able to tell Hippolyta anything.
Prom Wrecker - S2-E5

SpongeBob Meets the Strangler / Pranks a Lot - S3-E20
Plot hole: In "Pranks A Lot", Patrick and SpongeBob scare Sandy. When Sandy runs, gets into her rocket and flies away. When she moved bubbles appeared meaning there's water in her tree house. There's no water in there in other episodes because she's a land animal and breathes air.
The Mothers - S3-E17
Plot hole: When the "refrigerator" falls on Tobias's mom, the boys are watching from a side view. It is later revealed that the fridge was just a cardboard cutout. The boys were watching from the side, so how did they not notice it?

Suggested correction: That is true, that rule was mentioned in a later episode. However in the episode Christmas Every Day, it was revealed that new rules could be added at anytime. So it's possible that the rule simply didn't exist yet. Although, this plot hole may apply to any episode released after "Smarty Pants."
You Pet It, You Bought It - S8-E6
Plot hole: When Jesse and Michelle wake up in the morning, you can see that the picture Danny got was behind the couch, resting on the seat in the alcove. Later, when Danny goes into the living room and screams, Shorty is standing in the middle of the room, with his head in the picture, and the picture is facing the family. There is no way that the donkey could have put his head in that way.
Plot hole: It turns out that the Venus Fly Trap ate Dr. Collosso, but this doesn't make sense for a few reasons. 1. There's no way that it could've opened the kennel without completely destroying the door. 2. The shot was off it for only 3 seconds, it couldn't have eaten him in that amount of time.
Plot hole: Officer Jenny asks Ash what he knows about the "trio" when he tells her that the pirates are likely Team Rocket, but he hadn't said anything about there being three of them before that. And Jenny obviously didn't know anything about Team Rocket, either. (00:05:30)
Shift Into Turbo: Part I - S1-E1
Plot hole: Divatox and co. live in a submarine in Angel Grove lake. In "Hogday Afternoon", Angel Grove lake was drained to about 30ft at the deepest. The lake would have to be several hundred feet deep for a large submarine to hide there.
Santa Comes to Visit and Stays and Stays - S6-E14
Plot hole: Mrs. Kravitz, while standing in the Stephenses' front doorway, sees Santa Claus and assumes that it's Darrin in costume. However, the very next shot shows Santa exiting the kitchen (around the corner from the front door) and starting up the hallway toward the living room. There is no possible way Mrs. Kravitz could have seen him when she said she did. (00:09:30)
Plot hole: At the beginning of the episode, Eric and Jack call the cops on Luther for planning an illegal rave at the college, but the cops let him go because he had not started the rave. He still broke into the student union building, and therefore should have still been arrested. He even threatens Eric and Jack afterwards right in front of the cops, and they do nothing about it. (00:00:20 - 00:02:10)
Plot hole: In the episode where Gabe wants PJ and Teddy to pretend to be his parents when his teacher wants to see them after getting in trouble at school, it is established that Gabe's elderly teacher is short-sighted. When he asks "How many fingers am I holding up" his teacher gives an incorrect answer. However, later in the episode, his teacher spots Teddy on a date at the cinema (movie theatre) and assumes she's cheating/having an affair. How could she have seen Teddy from a row in-front, when Teddy is facing the audience and not the teacher, if she couldn't see how many fingers Gabe was holding up close to her face?
Plot hole: In the start of season 4 we meet Liberty's little brother, Danny. J.T. and Manny are making fun of him because he is new to the school and is starting out. If he is starting out, then he should be in the 7th grade, because it is stated in the first episode that the school changed into a 7-12. Liberty, J.T., Manny, Emma,Toby etc. are all in the 10th grade so how does it end up that Danny is a grade below Liberty?
Doug's Shock Therapy / Doug Is Hamburger Boy - S3-E11

But on the cliff face all four heads are seen, whereas the head of Theodore Roosevelt got crumbled in "Secrets," and it's too far forward to have been carved into the mountain face, in place (and same position) of the old head, yet again.
