Revealing mistake: At the beginning of any level, the lights are slightly transparent and the background can be seen through them.

During this, the player will be able to pick up a piece of highway to the left of the bridge. If the highway is picked up and then dropped, the piece of highway will fade through the highway support.
Revealing mistake: When the player acquires a tool, it appears to be floating in midair.
Revealing mistake: Dr. Wily activates the speed gear in his pod and flies over Auto, Roll, Dr. Light, and Rock to snatch up the robots at high speed. Auto is on the ground on his knees looking up at the other robots behind the group. As the screen is fading to white, just before it finishes, Auto is still visible when suddenly his character model snaps into a standing upright position shivering which is what his position would be after the fade to white disappears and the screen is normal. It seems the developers had intended the fade to white to mask the sudden change in positions of Auto's body, but it was still visible.
Revealing mistake: This happens in the cutscene when Mario and his friends came out of the plane. When the camera is filming Mario, Toadsworth and Peach, look at Peach's ears. Her earrings are replaced by her eyes. Later, her earrings appear back.
Revealing mistake: On the train level, traffic will drive through itself. For example, a truck will go right through a car going the opposite direction with no collision.
