Character mistake: In the Archives for Memory 2484 of Ace Visconti, the text reads that Mika hits Ace with a slashing right hook, and then drops him with another devastating right hook. This is evidently a mistake in the text as The Observer narrating it says she downs him with a devastating "left" hook, not right, despite the text saying right for the second punch.
Character mistake: After the tournament phase is over you have to face as opponent Captain Kidd; his opening line is "I can't believe you let me out! No fair." Obviously he means "left me out", of the tournament, not "let."
Character mistake: When you stretch and wake up after hooking up with Aubrey, your character says it's time for "AN new day."

Character mistake: In the inspection at the park, Diane is trying to figure out what the people involved in the first fire could have done. She says "Were they frightened? Desperate to get away? Or EXHILERATED by the blaze?", misspelling the world "exhilarated."
Character mistake: During your interactions with the native American pirate, Chief Blackhawk, in a couple of lines of dialogue (for instance when he gives you the cage as "momento" [sic] of friendship) his name is misspelled as "Balckhawk." Then again, when you hover the mouse pointer on him, he appears to be "Cheif" Blackhawk.
Character mistake: J. Max's ending has a long and intentionally comical epilogue speech delivered in erudite style. However, it contains an obvious misspelling when it says; "Wherever these are people" instead of "there are."
Character mistake: Despite the obviously heavy presence of female tennis players, in the interview section every question directed at a player managing a woman does not adapt the pronoun, so it's always "He won", "his form", etc.
Character mistake: Upon winning his mirror match, Joe Kusanagi says "May be you think you can fight."
Character mistake: In her initial cutscene when she joins, Copandon states that she bought a super-rare item that increases her level cap by 10. However, the item she is equipped with raises in fact the level cap by 20.
Character mistake: During Megan's first humiliation scene, she internally monologues saying "I can't believe it, he's offering me a promotion." The problem is that the "he" she refers to is Brigitte.
Character mistake: Interviewing Garte, the cafeteria manager, after the preliminary investigation of the crime scene one of the possible questions is "Who else has keys to the trash container." Your partner Kim Kitsuragi at one point comments "Ah, the illusive CS Municipal." From the context it is apparent that he meant "elusive."
Character mistake: During the riddle event in the Olympian sidequest, Diodoros asks "Please forgive him." One of the possible answers mentions Pigres "clearly lost to your champion." It's a typo, since Pigres lost to "our" champion, aka Bestia, our companion.
Character mistake: One of the 'missions' involves sending one of your staff members at the Miss USA pageant. The text of the positive outcome does not adjust for the gender of the person you sent; even if you sent a woman, the result is "He was as cute as a kitten."
Character mistake: When you are required to pick up books in Diana's library for one of the mini quests, one of the books in your inventory is "Perennial's of Cape Vedra." It's a plural, 'perennials', no apostrophe.

Character mistake: If the protagonist chooses during the party to have an intimate encounter with the mature lady, the dialogue mentions she was "murmuring compliments about my irresistable beauty." Should be irresistible.
Character mistake: A few times during the game (for instance in Haruki's biography) the expression "Coup d'état " is not visualized correctly, with the accented letter replaced by a dot.
Character mistake: In the end credits of the Italian version, several roles are listed with blank spaces instead of the Italian voice talent. There are also inconsistencies with the same roles listed for the on-screen actors (for instance, two different words are used to translate "Homeless man" and "Clerk"). The Psx version also features spelling mistakes ("assestants").
