Character mistake: During the last class trial (06), Kyoko recapping the vitals of the victim gets them wrong, saying she was 5'6" instead of the correct 5'7" as written everywhere else. Nobody corrects her (and the exact vitals are an important part of the trial, and the mistake happens exactly when they come into play). A wrong number slipped in the script.
Character mistake: During the exchange level (first level) if you jump in the truck and the guards don't notice you, you'll eventually get to the gate. You'll hear the guy driving the truck say that there are 20 cases of wine. But if you count all the cases there are only 19.
Character mistake: In the opening cinematic (before you press start), the group hears a witch crying, and Bill and Zoey go to investigate. Louis and Francis stay outside to keep watch. When, in the dark, Bill and Zoey approach the witch, Zoey puts her flashlight on the witch and Bill immediately says, "lights off!" Now here is the confusion - Bill knows it's a witch, so shouldn't he know what they sound like and not enter the room in the first place?

Character mistake: The profile of Yuki Mori from Star Blazers 2199 mistakenly refers to her as "He is 19 years old", probably because the beginning of the profiles of the Yamato are all almost identical and 'copy and paste' was used. The correct pronoun "she" is used for the rest of the bio.

Character mistake: Shen Long's winquote against Hellstinger is "Hey kids! Your massage is a little rough." It's a single opponent, and calling him "kids" makes no sense. It's either a typo or a misplaced quote for the Platonic Twins character, which is two people in one avatar.
Character mistake: During Act 1, Steve invites the romantic interest of the protagonist to ride his (dad's) Mustang. Prominently featured amongst the merchandise they sell at the store, packages of Fruit Blast cereals advertised as having "DELICOUS taste."
Character mistake: Karman Cole's generic win quote says "I can't believe you pressured me so much...I was SWEATTING bullets."
Character mistake: The graffiti shown in the cutscene for mission 2 says "Go for BROAK."
