Character mistake: In the "Tanya loves Luke" ending, there's a word missing from the on-screen display ("the" is omitted from "the whole population of London") - the voice acting properly uses it though.
Character mistake: In his win quote against Tung Fu Rue, Terry says "Thank you, Master TAN."
Character mistake: In the cutscene that happens when entering Jungle Japes for the first time, Donkey Kong struggles to get the first golden banana, then slams the ground to make it fall. King K. Rool describes this banana as "his first golden banana", but this is not how DK got the first golden banana, as the player picked it up after K. Lumsy opened the way to Jungle Japes.
Character mistake: In the first Rugal cutscene for the Ikari Warriors team, Rugal fails at basic grammar when he says "It seems that ARE friends need to be dealt with."
Character mistake: A description encountered very early (before the first, obligatory, death, and any other time that leads to be poisoned by the soup) mentions that "It smells sweet and mellow [...] IT'S aroma is very enticing." Obviously it should be "its."
Character mistake: In Bret Hart's ending, he becomes the "GRATEST spaghetti-western star in movie history".
Character mistake: In the first pirate mission of the DLC, Vulture tells his subordinate; "Shut up, Crow! If it wasn't for you, how could we lost our job in the city guards?"
Character mistake: During radio conversations, the BSAA operatives keep changing the way they refer to each other. Sometimes, they use real names, other times they use codenames. They should stick with one method, it doesn't make sense otherwise.
Character mistake: During the intro, Rukia says, referring to the Hollow's sound "I can hear it's loudass voice." Unnecessary vulgarness aside, it's "its", not "it's."
Character mistake: When the protagonist gets in their room at the beginning of the game, the 'janitor' introduces them and leaves. The protagonist then monologues saying that "It's more COMFORABLE for me to be alone", with an obvious typo.
Character mistake: Talking with your parole officer in the intro, a few obvious spelling mistakes pop up, such as "You must tell me inmediatly" and "I'm anfraid."
Character mistake: During the trivia quiz in the Christmas event, Chang Koehan calls Shingo Yabuki "Shinho."
Character mistake: In the pep talk Elaine gives on the pier at the end of chapter 6, she says "In two years, you've done for them more than any real Loren in centuries." Each chapter lasts two months; a year passed, not two.
Suggested correction: In a couple of the Codex entries, it's explained that each in-universe 'year' consists of only 9 months (instead of our 12) of 28 days each. The Calendar entry of the Codex even tells you the names of the months and the order they go in. So each chapter (55 days) spans 2 months + 1 week. (it still comes out to more like 1.5 years instead of 2, but hey).
Character mistake: In the presentation of the World Challenge mode, tutorial girl Sanae says that there are "5 possible attempts possible."
Character mistake: Karman Cole's generic win quote says "I can't believe you pressured me so much...I was SWEATTING bullets."
Character mistake: In both Breakers and its remake, one of Tia Langray's winquotes says "What are you looking at? Do you look away since you think you can easily defeat me?" Either something is wrong with the translation, or it does not make sense as a post-fight winquote, but rather as a pre-fight quote.
Character mistake: When the Quinjet explodes approaching the secret moonbase, the explosions cause several "POOM" onomatopeia, deviating by one curved stroke from the accepted standard "BOOM."
Character mistake: In Wulong's ending, he says he's "leaveing" the criminal syndicate.
Character mistake: In the payoff clip of Iris' chat #3 "Do you like books", she says she's sending a picture of her latest session masturbating (as in, alone) in the library. Two problems 1) it's a video, not a picture 2) The act depicted is anything but solitary.
Character mistake: In the arcade version, before entering the door with the three stones, Hiruko says "There is a secret hidden beneath HEAR, go."
