Visible crew/equipment: When the helicopter lands and the lady gets out, watch as the two men walk in front of it and begin chatting away. In the front of the helicopter, you can see the reflection of the boom mic operator walking around slowly for QUITE A WHILE as they walk by the front of it.
Visible crew/equipment: When Jamie Foxx enters the building where the girl works, he finds the dead guard - right after it he runs alongside a marble wall where you can see the cameraman running beside Foxx. (01:37:15)

The most prominent example is in the head-on shot of the three men with Rocco in the middle. A man in a red jacket holding the camera is visible along with a half-dozen other crew members.
