Visible crew/equipment: When Neil (De Niro) breaks into Van Zant's apartment and shoots him, watch as Van Zandt flies backward. You can see a wire running up through the bottom of his sweat pants.
Visible crew/equipment: There is a shot towards the end of the film, (just before Willis and Jackson exchange dialogue in the engine room) in which it shows the entourage of people boarding a smaller boat from the much larger ship. Look towards the bottom left corner of the screen as the boat pulls away - inside you can see the head of a female boom mike operator.
Visible crew/equipment: When Robert De Niro goes to meet Joe Pesci in the desert, the whole crew is reflected on the side of the car.

You can see the water squirt to the side and look to the left, there is no water squirting there, so the guy has to aim again so that the water fits in the camera angle.
Visible crew/equipment: When Sister Helen and Mr. Delacroix are speaking in his living room, as the camera is panning out in the living room at the conclusion of their discussion, a crew member wanders into the background outside the window and then quickly runs out.
Visible crew/equipment: To escape Two-Face's ambush, Batman tilts the batmobile onto its rear wheels, and thanks to the bat-hook, he's able to use the vertical facade of a building as an alternate route. As the batmobile rides up the building, if you look closely you can see what looks to be a wire behind the batmobile (probably helping the batmobile or a model of it travel smoothly up the building or a model of the building). Visible crew/equipment: Whilst the group of Southeast Asian men are walking through the hair salon, there is a shot that starts with a male hairdresser wafting a blanket, that pans over to the group of men and then the camera rotates around the man holding a little girl. Immediately after the camera passes the man and girl, the camera very briefly holds on another man waving to an employee. Just as this happens, the reflection of the cameraman can be seen in the mirror to the left of the shot. (00:31:30)
