Visible crew/equipment: When the O'Grady mob are fighting the Angels, Alex turns off the lights. Just after they flip over the men, you can easily see the harnesses at the top of the screen. (00:54:25)
Visible crew/equipment: When Johnny is spinning the two robbers around, you can tell that he is actually holding dummies. In the close up shots of the robbers, you can see them kicking their legs, but in the wide shots of the room, they are rigid and lifeless.
Visible crew/equipment: When Alan is using the bathroom there is a tiger in there before he looks at the tiger you can see a crew member reflected on the mirror.

Visible crew/equipment: When John Goodman and William Forsythe are digging out of prison, they emerge through a hole in the ground in the mud and rain. As they come through the hole, you can see the foam that makes up the top layer of mud that they dig through bend and wobble.
Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the movie when Herbie has an oil spill and drives to the pit stop, as he turns, the camera pans and you are able to see the shadow of the camera, cameraman, boom mic, and the boom person on the track.
Visible crew/equipment: At one point in the fight in the secret lair of the bad guy, Frankie Muniz jumps sideways over what seems to be an engine block. While he does this, the hood on his hoodie is up, presumably to hide the face of the stunt double, but before and after it is down.
Visible crew/equipment: After Matt finds out that Nicole is engaged, he goes running through the streets. When he goes running past a glassed store display, you can see the reflection of a white van with the sliding passenger door open and a cameraman. (00:14:00)

Visible crew/equipment: When Lila and Eddie are driving to Mexico on their honeymoon, Lila is singing. In one shot on the outside of the car, a very blatant and obvious reflection of the camera attached to a crane, can be seen on the whole side of the car. (00:23:40)

While the jeep is driving off the bad guys' car, you can clearly see the jeep driving off some kind of ramp set behind the car. You can just see them driving down it.
Visible crew/equipment: Just after Amelie picks up Nino's dropped album, in the shot when she is sitting on some steps looking through it, the shadow of the camera crane is visible on the ground behind her. It is only seen when the camera moves over her to let us look into the album. (00:40:05)

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where the three boys are watching the girl go to the bathroom, the roof collapses and the girl, the boys, and a teacher are sprayed from the toilet. You can see the outline of goggles, especially on the girl's face.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Scott and Fran are dancing on the roof and the camera is about to pan downwards towards the lower level, to the left of the clothes-line, someone's head is visible moving. It is a crew member sitting against the other side of the wall.
Visible crew/equipment: During the grab and go stop Pickford, Don, Pink and Mitch are in the GTO. Pickford is the first to climb out of the car, If you look closely you can see the crew in the reflection of the door. This happens not once but twice when Don and Mitch return with the beer.
