Continuity mistake: When Margaret and Becker are talking about blind dates, Margaret is putting some tongue depressors in a can. She puts every one she has in the can, the shot changes she is still putting some in the can, she then turns around and is holding some.
Continuity mistake: Becker shuts his apartment door. A few seconds later someone knocks - when he goes to open it he unlocks it, but he never locked it.
Continuity mistake: In the final scene, Margaret is holding a pink paper. She starts to put it down, the shot changes. She is now holding a white paper.

Continuity mistake: Becker picks up the ketchup, then sets it down to his right. The shot changes; it is now in his left hand. The shot changes again, and he picks it up with his right hand.

Continuity mistake: Reggie picks up the quarter that Becker left behind. She is not holding anything else. Becker comes back in; she is now holding a book.
Continuity mistake: When Becker and Detective Borkow are sitting at the counter in the diner, at one point, a plate of food suddenly appears in front of both of them.
Continuity mistake: After Bob comes into the diner when Jake and Reggie are drinking beer, Reggie is seen taking a drink, the shot changes she is now holding it by her side, the shot changes again and she is now drinking it again.
