Visible crew/equipment: In episode 31, "Whatever Happened To Moby Dick?", as the whale jumps out of the water, the reflection of the boom operator is visible on its side. (00:21:40)
Other mistake: The Partridge family is suppose to be famous, but they never seem to play to more than a small handful of people in some lounge.
