Continuity mistake: While the kidnappers try to grab the judge's son, Bill drives up and stops them. When one of the kidnappers flees the scene Bill takes off after him, and as Bill rams his car into the kidnapper's car, Bill's car is entirely different. Then it reverts back to the original car. Continuity mistake: While Ralph is invisible in order to eavesdrop on Klein, when Klein makes a crack about Bill being little league, Ralph deliberately knocks the cup in Klein's hand so the coffee spills on his shirt, tie, vest, and jacket in the closeup, but in the next shot Klein is spotless. Additionally, Klein has a black pocket square and the cup he holds is white styrofoam, but in the closeup the pocket square is gone and he holds a white mug. (00:27:50)

Continuity mistake: At the rec center, when Ralph enters the reserved racquetball court two men force him onto the floor for another polygraph. Ralph's wearing striped socks, blue shorts with white stripes, a blue half-shirt with red/white stripes that bares his midriff, but in the closeups as Ralph sits down and has the polygraph hooked up, all the stripes on his clothing have vanished and Ralph's abdomen suddenly has a significant amount of dark hair. Continuity mistake: When the shooter is driving the snowplow and also later when Yuri defects, in some shots the driver's side lower window has "Squaw Valley" printed on it, but in other shots the window is clear. The shape of that lower window also changes. (00:12:00)

Continuity mistake: When the top secret airplane causes the light aircraft's loss of control, in the long shots the aircraft's tail is red/blue, but in the closeups it's brown/gold and the style differs. Also note the name "Beechcraft" has duct tape covering part of the name. (00:29:15)

Continuity mistake: When Ralph lifts Bill's car the first time, the blue license plate on the front bumper is gone, but when Ralph is amazed at the suit's power he lifts the car a second time, and the blue license plate is in its proper place on the bumper. (00:35:50)

Continuity mistake: When the engineer shuts down the train he's wearing a long sleeve jacket, but in the closeup we see a bare arm wearing a watch. The terrorists remove that engineer and he's replaced with McGivers, another engineer wearing a jacket, and the same bare arm is in closeups. Then a third engineer on another train has the same arm in the closeup. (00:06:40)

Continuity mistake: Preacher forces Ralph to stop the sheriff, so when Ralph flies over and pulls the driver's door off the squad car, we see the Sheriff behind the steering wheel wearing his uniform shirt and dark colored pants of some sort, but when the Sheriff stands up his uniform shirt is properly tucked into his normal tan pants, same as earlier. Continuity mistake: When everybody returns to the bus, in the closeups of Bill turning the ignition key to no effect, the sleeve we see has navy blue and white stripes, but Bill is wearing a light color blue striped shirt. (00:33:20)

Continuity mistake: When Bill tells Beck that he's thinking with his "mediocre, uninspired, middle-level mind," it cuts to an exterior shot of Beck's private jet heading to Vegas, but when the jet lands at the airport in the exterior shot it's a different type of jet. Then when Ralph gets the vision he sees Dunn running back toward Beck's jet, and again it's a different type jet. (00:13:40 - 00:16:15)

Continuity mistake: While Ralph and Bill are on Beck's private jet, after Dunn tells Ralph how to use the telekinesis powers of the suit, Dunn takes something to read from the clear acrylic magazine holder, but in the following closeups the magazine holder is now black and an entirely different style. Continuity mistake: When Beck uses the remote to open the hangar door, as Dunn drives the car into the hangar Bill is sitting in the front passenger seat and Ralph is alone in the back, with the hoods still in place over Ralph's and Bill's heads, but when it cuts to a closeup both hoods have vanished. Continuity mistake: At the paramilitary base, Bunker is wearing a military fatigue cap with a camouflage pattern while he and Bill are talking in the exterior shots, then when they walk into the office with the radar operator, in the interior shots the camouflage pattern on Bunker's cap is entirely different. When Bunker orders the evacuation, the cap reverts back to the original pattern in the exterior shots. (00:22:40)

Continuity mistake: At the laboratory in Needles, when Bunker removes the smallpox virus vial from the case he's wearing a digital watch and a ring on his left hand, but in the vial's closeup Bunker's ring has vanished and his watch is a different style. (00:43:15)

Continuity mistake: In one scene, Ralph is in a phone booth desperately trying to make a phone call. Ralph is nervous and panicky. But when you look at his reflection on the phone, you can see a big relaxed smile on him. When it cuts back to him, he is still acting nervous and panicky.
