Train of Thought - S2-E9

Revealing mistake: When Ralph stops the hijacked train before it reaches the city of Bakersfield, due to the close proximity of the camera it's too obvious that Ralph's footwear has been altered for the stunt, as he glides across the tracks. (00:44:30)

The Shock Will Kill You - S2-E13

Super Grover

Plague - S2-E8

Revealing mistake: When Bill is pushed out of the helicopter and Ralph rescues him in mid-air, its obvious in some shots that it is two sky-divers dressed as Ralph and Bill. Firstly you can see the parachute back-pack bulges on both men. Also the wind is blowing up on Ralph even though he isn't meant to be descending.

Gavin Jackson

The Greatest American Hero (1) - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: While Bill and Ralph are in the car, John Mackie appears under the ship carrying the case with the suit. After John places the case in the car's trunk he walks back towards the ship empty handed, but in the last shot of John standing under the ship he's still holding the case.
