Visible crew/equipment: Kelly and Scott are being chased by Red Chinese agents and run up a flight of steps, passing two big studio light panels. When the bad guys run past the same place in the next shot, the panels are gone. (00:22:15)

Continuity mistake: At about 31 minutes, Robert Culp and Bill Cosby climb out of the water completely soaked. They are called over to a boat and run up one flight of stairs and down another and when they reach the boat, their clothes are completely dry and pressed. (00:31:00 - 00:34:00)

Continuity mistake: After she's been roughed up by the bad guy, Jean's hair is a mess. But while she's talking to Scott and Kelly, her hairdo repairs itself between takes, becoming neatly combed, sprayed and coiffed again. (00:26:15)
