Maxwell Smart, Private Eye - S3-E5

Other mistake: At the Alledon Arms shootout scene, an agent sneaks behind Max and Max shoots him dead, but at the angle that Max fired, the bullet would have hit the concrete, not the man.

Suggested correction: There are never two people in the car. The Chief, Max, and 99 even refer to "him" every time and not "them". Perhaps the submitter thinks the headrest of the empty seat is a person.

Bishop73

Supersonic Boom - S3-E6

Other mistake: During the scene in the prison cell, the first shot has a hair sticking to the bottom right of the screen the entire time.

Supersonic Boom - S3-E6

Other mistake: In one of the car wash fight scenes, two men accidentally kill one another. According to the angle of one of the guns, you can kill someone without actually hitting them.

Supersonic Boom - S3-E6

Plot hole: The scheme to lead a blindfolded Max and 99 to what they think is the airport via an illusion room would not work the way they do it. Since the base is underground, there is no way that what they did to represent ascending to ground level that would make a person think they were above ground.

Dr. Yes - S3-E9

Plot hole: Doctor Yes' execution trap involves a booth flooding with water, drowning the occupant, and the water pushes a float upwards, eliminating another via a spinning blade. However, several times the float reaches the top of the booth, and the spinning blade doesn't kill anyone. There's also a breathing space at the top of the booth, so people couldn't drown in there.

School Days - S1-E3

Max: When the moon is full, the tide is high.
Old Lady: You must want the spy school, that's next door.
