Swedish Visitors - S3-E27

Continuity mistake: When Fred walks into the room with a snack for a second time, he goes back and returns with a purple salt shaker. In the next shot, the shaker is blue.

Dial S for Suspicion - S3-E14

Continuity mistake: When Fred hands Barney the job advert he saw in the newspaper, Barney takes it with his right hand but a close-up of the advert shows him holding it with his left hand.

Indianrockolis 500 - S5-E13

Continuity mistake: When Fred drops the tyre on his foot, he hops around in pain and you can see that Barney is holding the tail on the turtle. When Fred says, "Now you tell me!" we cut back to Barney, and the turtle has gone.

Ten Little Flintstones - S4-E16

Continuity mistake: When the spaceship lands for the second and last time during the episode's finale, it appears to be night-time, but when Fred is chasing all of his duplicates down the street, it appears to be daylight.

Dr. Sinister - S5-E8

Continuity mistake: When Fred and Barney are on the top of the cliff, Madame Yes smashes the glass on the emergency box and flies off holding the legs on a prehistoric bird. When we return to Fred and Barney, the emergency box has disappeared.

Continuity mistake: When the three gangsters bust into Madame Yes's house, one of the gangsters holds on to Barney's leg and you can see there are two purple planks behind Barney. When we see Barney a couple of shots later, the planks have disappeared.

Continuity mistake: When Fred and Barney are in Madame Yes's house, Madame Yes takes away the envelope from Fred and you can see Barney is standing beside him, but in the next shot Barney is standing behind Fred.

Continuity mistake: When Fred and Barney are singing "Old MacDonald" with the international scouts, the groups' signs aren't consistent. At first, they have the names of the countries, but later on they have the names of the languages.

Superstone - S5-E24

Continuity mistake: During the dinner scene with the Flintstones and Rubbles, Barney has a salt and pepper pot in front of his plate, but when we cut to Barney speaking, the pots have disappeared.

Sheriff for a Day - S5-E21

Continuity mistake: After Wilma and Betty have pulled Fred and Barney out of Kitty's Place, the background behind them initially has a yellow saloon but then changes to a blue building in the very next shot.

Question: At the end of every episode, it shows Fred putting out the sabertooth tiger. Has this animal ever appeared in any of the episodes? If yes, what episodes was it in? If no, then why show Fred putting an animal he doesn't own outside?

Answer: The name of the pet is "Baby Puss." He has appeared in episodes, but only a very few. The first episode was probably "The X-Ray Story" from season 2.
