Phineas and Ferb

Show generally

Continuity mistake: In the episode "One Scare Ought To Do It," when the haunted house comes back, it is stuck to the Disinvaporator. The clock says 5 seconds left, but when it cuts to the closer shot of the clock, it lost 3 seconds, which means that 2 seconds are left.

Invasion of the Ferb Snatcher/Ain't No Kiddie Ride - S2-E28

Character mistake: In 'Ain't No Kiddie Ride' Carl reminds Major Monogram that he has no sense of smell and that he was born without nostrils noting it on his resume. But in 'Brain Dead' when Major Monogram sees Perry wearing a face mask he points out that Carl is also a germaphobe. Carl corrects him saying "It's not the germs sir, it's the garlic smell." He wouldn't be able to smell anything since he has no nostrils. (01:10:00 - 01:35:00)

Flop Starz - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: During the flashback to when Linda was Lindana, a mark can be seen on her right cheek but in the shot of her in the elevator and the newspaper saying she's back, no mark is visible. Also, her hair bow is on the wrong side.

Got Game?/Comet Kermilian - S1-E30

Continuity mistake: Candace is wearing a white crop-top and dark blue jeans in this episode, but when she goes to get ice-cream and because of Suzy falls into the cart, the cart begins moving and crashes into the tree. When Candace raises her head and upper torso out of the cart for a brief moment, she is wearing her usual red dress. But in the next shot, however, she is wearing her white crop-top and dark jeans again.

Various adult "inspectors": Aren't you too young to...?
Phineas: Yes... Yes we are/Yes I am.

Show generally

Question: Based on Wikipedia, the show had 222 segments altogether including 2 films, and a Christmas special, meaning the show featured 2 different summer vacations (one before the Christmas special and one after). If Phineas and Ferb only have 104 days of summer vacation per-vacation, shouldn't there be no more than 208 segments and films put together (1 day per-segment/film) or not? Also, if there really were 3 different vacations, how come the characters don't look to have grown at least a little in height throughout the years (the facial looks are reasonable though because they still look exactly the same when it shows some of them older in the episode "Last Day of Summer," if I remember correctly).

Answer: And Bart Simpson should be about 40 by now. Cartoon characters don't age in real time. And are you really counting summer vacation days in a show about children who build spaceships and a platypus who's a secret agent?
