Continuity mistake: Death has a bag full of purchases made from Lou. As they walk off, Death's bag disappears.
Continuity mistake: In the opening, Mr. Bookman has a toy replica of Robbie the Robot in his left hand in the close up, but a bottle in it a second later.
Continuity mistake: In the vault, the book Mr. Bemis puts down flips open a moment before the atomic blast. After the explosion, the book is closed again.
Continuity mistake: When Caswell walks toward the phone booth and the woman exits, she passes on his right side and walks down the sidewalk. Later in the scene Caswell gets trapped in the phone booth and breaks the window to get out. When he breaks the window, notice that the phone booth is no longer located on the sidewalk, it is now magically next to a building. (00:14:45 - 00:15:25)
Continuity mistake: When the Ground Crewman runs after Lt. Decker, he reaches him just as Decker is climbing onto the plane. You see the Ground Crewman put his hand (or just about to) on Decker's upper left arm. When they cut to a closer shot, the Ground Crewman's hand is in the process of moving up to Decker's arm.
Continuity mistake: When Decker first gets out of his plane, Maj Wilson begins to question him. Decker's hair is neatly combed. When Wilson asks him "Are you French?" the shot changes to a closeup of Decker only. His hair is now disheveled in the front and hanging down on his forehead. The next shot returns to the wider angle and Decker's hair is more neatly combed again, as it originally was, not hanging on his forehead.
Continuity mistake: The jeep driver is standing behind Lt. Decker's aircraft during the initial conversation between Decker and Maj Wilson. His hands are behind the fuselage in the initial shot. When the shot changes to a close up of Decker, the driver's hands are now on top of the fuselage.
Continuity mistake: When Helen pushes Seldon to his death, his body was facing to the right, but in next shot he is facing to the left.
Continuity mistake: In the early scene when Bevis tumbles down the stairs of his apartment, a little boy watches and then holds his hands over his eyes. In the next shot, the boy is shown walking outside, but then the camera cuts and he is shown back inside, his hands still over his eyes.
Continuity mistake: When Mr. Bevis starts his car, a girl with shoulder-length hair runs over with other children to help push it. In the first shot she's at the rear bumper but in the following shot she's beside the passenger door and there are different kids at the rear bumper. (00:03:25)
Continuity mistake: As Millicent starts toward the women's restroom, the door handle is to her right. However, in the next shot showing her in the restroom with the door now behind her, the handle is now to her left. (00:20:00)
Continuity mistake: When Martin meets his parents in their house, the door is split and closes in the middle with a screen. In the next shot, it is a full door without a screen.
Suggested correction: As seen from the exterior, the outer door is a very wide screen door with its handle to the left and hinges at the right. Behind the screen door are two solid doors which swing open inward from the center. Notice the wide screen door is the door Martin bangs on when his father closes the solid double doors (with individual doorknobs), and later in the episode when Martin's mother walks outside we see her push open the screen door.
Continuity mistake: After Decker escapes from being held and heads back to his plane, he does not have his overcoat or scarf, and does not put them on when he starts his plane and climbs on board. When Major Wilson lets him go and he's taxiing away, in one shot he has the overcoat and scarf on, with no time to do so.
Continuity mistake: When Cadwallader puts a seal on the Escape Clause paper, he presses so hard that he manages to lift the whole document with seal. You can see that there is absolutely nothing except for a seal mark on the paper, yet when he drops the paper to the floor some typed text appears on it. Also in the same scene, the seal pattern is square in the first shot, but when the paper drops to the floor the seal mark is round.
