Continuity mistake: When Wolverine is tearing off the roof of Cyclops' car, the sun roof is incorrectly colored red. Additionally, Wolverine's jeep is parked next to Cyclops' car, but is not visible when he is tearing the roof off. (00:09:13)

Continuity mistake: When Jean removes Cerebro and collapses to her knees, the chair she was sitting in disappears when the shot changes, as does the large roundtable and chairs in the center of the room. Continuity mistake: When Trask is approaching Gyrich, the desk Gyrich was sitting at extends beyond his body, and his hands are resting on it. When the shot changes, Gyrich is standing in front of the desk, and his hands are down at his sides. (00:05:06)

Continuity mistake: When Gyrich's face is first seen as he is talking to Jubilee, you can see a wall to his right. A few shots later, you can see a Sentinel is standing to his right, and there is not a wall anywhere near him. (00:04:27)

Continuity mistake: When Gyrich is telling Jubilee that he wants to ask her about the mutants that helped her at the mall, the microphone is up to his mouth. When the shot changes to him tapping his right index finger on the desk, the microphone is nowhere near his mouth. (00:04:27)

Continuity mistake: When Storm is saying "We must destroy every registration file in this area," Beast is standing behind her. When the shot changes, he is standing in front of her. Additionally, Beast's black eyebrows are incorrectly colored blue in one shot. (00:03:51)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the scene where Morph is impersonating a commanding officer, a guard is shown with a golden-brown colored name tag that turns green as he moves towards the camera, and the writing disappears. (00:03:29)

Continuity mistake: When Storm is flying away with Cyclops in tow, she is holding him by his left arm. A couple of shots later, she is holding him by his right arm. (00:11:25)

Continuity mistake: When Jubilee is saying goodbye to her foster parents, the topper on the roof of the taxi has "Taxi" written in bold lettering. When Jubilee is getting in the taxi, the lettering is nowhere near as bold, and an extra light has appeared on each side of the taxi, under the headlights. (00:20:01)

Continuity mistake: When Storm destroys the final Sentinel, Gambit and Jubilee walk right up to it, and there are no other Sentinels near it. When the shot changes, there is another Sentinel on the ground right behind Gambit and Jubilee. (00:19:56)

Continuity mistake: When the Sentinel is firing at Storm inside the factory, two of its blasts are emanating from the wrong side of its hand. (00:19:00)
