One of Our Angels is Missing - S4-E16

Continuity mistake: Kris is in Arizona. However her car (Cobra II) is parked in front of the office. It is shown four times during the episode. It is even parked in different positions: sometimes it is in the centre (just in front of the main entrance), sometimes on the left, sometimes on the right. If Kris is not in LA, who is driving her car?

Catch a Fallen Angel - S4-E17

Continuity mistake: Tiffany and Kelly have a car accident (orange Pinto). Back in the office, Kelly says, "I'm afraid the car is a bit of a mess", underlining the fact that it is not in good condition. However, the previous shot has shown the orange Pinto in perfect condition, parked in front of the office. (00:28:55)

Waikiki Angels - S5-E6

Character mistake: At the Life Guard Trials, Kelly is the first Angel to arrive. She finishes 20th. Then, four other competitors arrive (21st / 22nd / 23rd / 24th). Then, Kris arrives. The judge says to her "You're 23." (00:11:15)

More trivia for Charlie's Angels

Answer: After going through a number of cast changes that failed to improve the show's slumping ratings, Tanya Roberts' character was added as "street-wise" former model. This was probably an effort to give a different and edgier character dimension to the show.
