Continuity mistake: While Caitlin and Tony are at the hospital in Jeremy Davison's room, when Michelle walks in there are two closeups of Jeremy handcuffed to the bed rail. In the first closeup the handcuff is around his wrist with the double bar facing up, but in the second closeup as Caitlin uncuffs him it's the opposite way, with the single bar facing up. (00:27:55)

Visible crew/equipment: After Tony gives McGee the coffee belonging to Gibbs, when it cuts to inside Laura Rowans' house, just as the Sergeant tells Gibbs, "The perp broke in, tried to rape her, she shot him," the boom operator (wearing a blue shirt) holding the boom pole is reflected on the framed picture's glass.
