Continuity mistake: While Caitlin and Tony are at the hospital in Jeremy Davison's room, when Michelle walks in there are two closeups of Jeremy handcuffed to the bed rail. In the first closeup the handcuff is around his wrist with the double bar facing up, but in the second closeup as Caitlin uncuffs him it's the opposite way, with the single bar facing up. (00:27:55)

Continuity mistake: At the start, Tony is holding a cup of coffee in his right hand. Camera cuts to an overhead shot, and now it's in his left hand. (00:02:10)
