Revealing mistake: When the cab driver picks up the door that Steve ripped off, it's missing all the metal parts and the locking mechanism, revealing it to be a prop.

Continuity mistake: When Steve steps outside the spacecraft, his helmet is red. In the very next shot, it appears white.
Deliberate mistake: The episode combines real space footage with studio shots. While this is standard practice, the poor quality of the stock footage used for the spacewalk creates a striking and distracting contrast with the much cleaner studio material.
Revealing mistake: Steve jumps and kicks the wooden gates, which fall down instantly. Note how no hinges break, revealing that the doors were simply placed there with no attachment to allow for the stunt.

Continuity mistake: During the fight, the African-American man gets up from the bushes where he's lying and aims a kick at Steve, his sweatpants spotless. One frame later, they're suddenly covered in dirt.

Continuity mistake: When Steve pushes the car downhill, the passenger door is undamaged. In the next shot, however, it suddenly has a large dent.

Revealing mistake: When Steve sends an African American man sliding down the snow, you can see the cable pulling him along.
Continuity mistake: When Steve jumps down the wall, dirt and a branch suddenly appear on the sloped section of the wall right as he lands.
Continuity mistake: When Steve jumps up the wall, jumps down, and later climbs up to a window, his high-heeled boots switch to flat shoes.
Revealing mistake: The man at the gas station walks over to a payphone and pretends to insert a coin. However, the coin never goes through the slot; he simply hides it in his hand, revealing that the phone is just a prop.
Continuity mistake: When Steve removes the steering wheel from the car and the bad guys stare in awe, the background behind them shows foliage. However, the wide shot reveals they are actually next to a cliff.
Continuity mistake: Right before the car rolls down the hill, the grey, dim lighting suddenly shifts to bright and sunny.
