Character mistake: When Mrs Munroe is calling out the pupils' names in the hall Alan's surname is Turner, but according to the credits at the end of this episode his surname is Hargreaves.

Episode #1.7 - S1-E7

Character mistake: When Mr Mitchell is counting the votes, he says that 23 pupils voted - he reveals Ann Wilson got 11 votes, Peter Jenkins 7 votes, Michael Doyle 3 votes plus 2 blank votes and 1 for someone's budgie which equals 24 votes.

Episode #1.9 - S1-E9

Character mistake: When Mr. Mitchell is at the civic centre looking for Trisha who is playing truant, he asks the receptionist if she has seen her and describes Trisha as having long blonde hair. Trisha has brown hair.

Field Trip - S6-E6

Continuity mistake: When Roland plays his tape recorder on the coach, the woman on the tape says "lightest lemon sponge I've ever tasted - she used to bake, yes I remember, mind you she worked hard that woman..." But in the cafe Roland didn't start recording until she said "mind you she worked hard..."
