Continuity mistake: When Mr Sutcliffe asks Tucker if he knew who was responsible for the vandalism, Tucker's jacket is only on his left shoulder. In the next shot, Tucker now has the jacket fully on.

Episode #4.6 - S4-E6

Continuity mistake: Tucker, Benny and Alan are in the hall for Mrs McClusky to announce the winner of The Competition to design the front cover of the school magazine. The shots alternate between Tucker and co and Mrs McClusky - every time the camera is on Tucker, Benny and Alan there are different people standing in front of them.

Episode #4.6 - S4-E6

Continuity mistake: Just before Gerry, Ruth and Cathy go into the toilets Cathy is standing on the left - the angle changes and Cathy is now standing between Ruth and Gerry. Later on when they ask to go outside to get away from the puddles the three girls are standing close together, the angle changes and they are standing further apart.

Continuity mistake: When Booga Benson attacks Tucker on the stairs, Booga grabs Tucker's hair with his left hand, but the next shot shows him with his hand on Tucker's jacket.

Continuity mistake: When Mr Thomson comes into the hall to tell Mr Sutcliffe that the dance is cancelled, Mr Thomson puts his hands behind his back twice between shots.

Field Trip - S6-E6

Continuity mistake: When Roland plays his tape recorder on the coach, the woman on the tape says "lightest lemon sponge I've ever tasted - she used to bake, yes I remember, mind you she worked hard that woman..." But in the cafe Roland didn't start recording until she said "mind you she worked hard..."

Episode #8.14 - S8-E14

Trivia: When Banksie, Jackie, Jean-Paul and Sarah first arrive at the disused factory to drive Phil's car, the scaffolding in the background is on the Eastenders set which was under construction when this series was being filmed. From 1984 until 2001 Grange Hill was made at the BBC Elstree studio's, where Eastenders has been filmed since 1985.
