Continuity mistake: When Ana asks Goodwin about why they take some and not others, she has a strand of hair down the centre of her face. When the shot changes, this hair has gone. (00:31:10)
Continuity mistake: When Mr. Eko heads out to the water to pick up the dead bodies you see all the bodies floating face down. When it cuts there is a close up of a body that suddenly floats face up.
Continuity mistake: Ana-Lucia says that she never saw Nathan during the two hours the plane was in the air, which Cindy the flight-attendant agrees with, saying that she has a photographic memory for passengers. But the plane was actually in the air for eight hours before the crash, as revealed in the pilot, so, not only should Cindy remember him after that long, but they all should be able to tell the difference between two and eight hours.
Continuity mistake: In season 2, episode 5, Jin and Mr. Eko are searching for Michael. Jin gets attacked by a boar and rolls down a hill to find the corpse of Goodwin. In this scene they are in the middle of the jungle. Now two episodes later, when Ana-Lucia confronts Goodwin they are on top of a mountain without trees surrounding them. This is confirmed in Juliet's flashbacks in later seasons when Ben takes her to see Goodwin's body.

Continuity mistake: When Jack and Ana-Lucia are talking on the rocks by the beach at the end of the episode, Ana-Lucia's hair is pulled back and is completely off her face. However, in two of her close-ups, there are two small forelocks loose in the wind near her temples, which are not present in any other shots during this scene. (00:40:40)
Continuity mistake: In the film, the hair on Marvin Candle changes from the original film to the one that Mr. Eko found. It is much shorter on the recovered clip.
Continuity mistake: In the shootout at the airbase, one of Ecko's gunmen kills the military driver with a shot through the windscreen. When we see the jeep crash, the bullet hole has gone. (00:32:10)
Continuity mistake: When Eko finds the "priest" on the ground, his white clerical collar is properly on. In "Duex Ex Machina" when Locke causes the skeleton of the Nigerian "priest" to fall from the tree, the collar comes undone, and the clergy shirt is rumpled.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Eko is walking up to the church and the woman tells him if he buys a statue the money will pay for a polio vaccine for the village, he is wearing an earring in his right ear. Once inside the church talking to his brother, his is wearing the earring in his left ear.
Continuity mistake: When Sun is putting a hat on Jin, he says he doesn't need a hat as Sun starts to lift and put the hat on him. When the shot changes, she lifts the hat a second time. (00:14:10)
Continuity mistake: When Hurley is talking with Charlie about having a shot with Libby, the LPs he has change from 2 or 3 leaning forward against his chest to in a stack on his lap. (00:27:10)
Continuity mistake: Charlie takes a step and breaks the virgin statue. Half a second later it's broken in a totally different way. (00:23:10)
Continuity mistake: There is a shot where Sawyer tosses Jack a medicine bottle or something. First shot we see Jack reach out to catch it with his left hand. Next shot from the front Jack catches it with his right.
