Correction: Things that can be seen simply by watching the show are not valid trivia.

Tailkinker

Correction: Seeing as Myfanwy is a very common Welsh name for a female, it is extremely unlikely that the name was used purely because it was shared by a director of the show.

Mad Ade

Show generally

Corrected entry: When Lou takes Andy to the opera on his Birthday, it's exactly the same shot as when St John's ambulance help the man who had a heart attack, just with the different characters in the box.

Correction: Why is this a mistake? It's just the same theatre visited by different characters.

Correction: This is done deliberatly, it's part of the gag.

Show generally

Corrected entry: If you notice that whenever Andy points at something that he wants ('I want that one.'), Lou always picks out the one miles away from it.

Correction: Andy never looks at the 'one' he points to, so Lou will know that and choose something different. Even if it doesn't make sense, it's also part of the joke.

Show generally

Corrected entry: In the sketch where Lou and Andy are buying a birthday card for Andy's brother Declan, Andy does his "I want that one." routine and points to a black card with what appears to be two stars on it. Yet when Lou points to a card and says "That one?" and Andy says "Yeah.", Lou's pointing to the white card below the black one.

Correction: Andy doesn't really care what card he points to. He isn't even looking.

Season 1 Episode 7 - S1-E7

Continuity mistake: In the Daffyd sketch, Daffyd has two nipple piercings. As those other gay men come through the door and he pushes them back, his right nipple ring has moved up his body - obviously a clip on. It stays there for a few moments, until the next shot where it's back on his nipple, with no time to put it back on. (00:10:05)
