Dougie Houser - S6-E12

Continuity mistake: In this flashback episode, when Doug is shaving his moustache and talking to Deacon by his locker at IPS, Danny Hefferman's name can be seen on a locker. At this time Danny was not working at IPS.

Precedent Nixin' - S6-E19

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Doug's father is shutting off the alarm, he does not enter 2965. We know this is the proper code, because it is Doug's birthday, and it worked when he entered it. It looks like he maybe enters 1459.

Cheap Saks - S6-E15

Continuity mistake: Near the end after Trish Flintoff leaves, Doug is telling Carrie and Holly that she's a nice person. Doug is looking at Carrie, then the shot changes and he is immediately looking down and reaching towards his back pocket. It also looks like he's trying not to laugh. (00:19:35)

The Minister

Tank Heaven - S6-E21

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Danny has just taken the "nucleus" nacho chip, after Carrie walks in, the chip in Danny's hand keeps changing between shots, then disappears altogether almost instantly and his arms are folded when he begins his next line. (00:02:30 - 00:03:25)

The Minister

Doug Less (2) - S6-E2

Continuity mistake: At the start, the distance the canoe has drifted changes instantly. And it changes a huge distance. (00:04:20)

Cheap Saks - S6-E15

Continuity mistake: At the art gallery, the way Doug is holding the program instantly changes a couple times; arms crossed/uncrossed, program folded/unfolded. (00:02:20)

The Minister

Tank Heaven - S6-E21

Visible crew/equipment: When Doug and Carrie close the door after saying bye to the first couple, you can see camera lights and a boom mic moving in and out reflected in the window behind them. (00:06:10)

The Minister

Affidavit Justice - S6-E6

Other mistake: During the picnic softball scene, there are mountains in the distance. There are no mountains in or near Queens New York. (00:05:40)

The Minister

Doug Less (2) - S6-E2

Factual error: It is very obvious throughout the whole episode that the mountain scenery is that of California wilderness...the trees, plants and mountains look nothing like those in New York or the East Coast.

King Pong - S6-E3

Revealing mistake: In the final scene, Carrie starts to kiss Doug and pushes him onto the bed. The camera angle switches from what would be outside the window to beside the bed. The scene was done in one take from 3 camera angles. As the camera pans left you can see the center window is completely open because they had just pulled the camera out of it and didn't get it closed yet, and you can watch the window be closed by an invisible hand from underneath. (00:28:00)

Nocturnal Omission - S6-E5

Continuity mistake: Doug goes to Deacon's to tell him about Kelly wanting to get back together. Deacon is putting on his shoes and in different shots, sometimes his shoe is almost on and then other shots it shows him holding it in his hand about to put it on again.

Secret Garden - S6-E7

Visible crew/equipment: When Carrie goes into the kitchen and Doug is seen through the window getting burnt, the boom's shadow can be seen moving along the wall by the window. (00:14:45)

King Pong - S6-E3

Continuity mistake: During Doug's victory dance, he puts the paddle on the table, but it bounces. In every other shot you can't see the paddle anywhere - not on the floor or the table. By the way he put it down you should be able to see it. (00:14:35)

Awful Bigamy - S6-E24

Continuity mistake: When they are in the kitchen Carrie's purse switches from shoulder to shoulder when she tells Doug the good news.

Icky Shuffle - S6-E23

Continuity mistake: During the first shuffleboard scene, the characters are brightly lit and cast by long dark shadows (indicating early morning or late afternoon), but when you see shots of the shuffle pucks flying into the bleachers, the bleachers' and extras' shadows are cast straight down (indicating noon hour).

The Minister

Doug Less (1) - S6-E1

Factual error: Doug goes to the doctor for a check up after losing some weight. They live in New York, but the address on the outdoor sign is actually in California. (23101 Sherman Pl).

Precedent Nixin' - S6-E19

Character mistake: Doug claims to be a Pisces, however during this episode when entering his birthday into the alarm system to disarm it he calls out 2-9-69 which shows he would be an Aquarius.

Santa Claustrophobia - S6-E11

Continuity mistake: While Arthur tries to convince Spence about the card, when Spence bites into the fake cookie he's holding it in his left hand and holding the plate in his right hand, but in the next shot facing Arthur the items have switched hands. (00:16:30)

King Pong - S6-E3

Continuity mistake: When Arthur asks Doug for a game of ping pong, the paddle is lying flat on the table. In the next shot there is a ball under the paddle which Arthur picks up (The ball is still on the table). In the next shot the paddle is back on the table and the ball is missing. (00:03:15)

Fatty McButterpants - S3-E3

Carrie Heffernan: Ok, Maybe you're a little...big.
Arthur Spooner: Why is this even a discussion? The man's gargantuan.
