Continuity mistake: When Ritchi and Spence are at the cafe, Spence pours the remainder of the pitcher into his cup. The shot goes back to him, and it appears he took a large sip because his cup is near empty. When Doug and Deacon come in, Spence's glass is almost full again.

Continuity mistake: When Doug has just shot himself and Carrie calls him at work, he looks back to Deacon before answering the phone. On the platform behind Deacon, a woman IPS employee appears instantly. Also, the IPS staff walking behind them do not match between shots.

Surprise Artie - S2-E19

Continuity mistake: Doug and Carrie are fighting in the kitchen. Around the time that Carrie says, "I give you one thing and you screw it up," Carrie's handbag in the background is standing upright. The shot goes back to Doug. When it goes back to Carrie and she is leaving, she picks up her handbag which is now no longer upright. Her handbag also looks like it has been shifted.

Continuity mistake: When Doug and Deacon are talking about how Deacon is making Doug look bad, Deacon has got a muffin on his plate in one angle and in another angle it's a bread roll. (00:10:45)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning Carrie is dishing out potatoes from a bowl with a large black spoon, and as the camera changes angles her arm has not moved and she is now holding a small fork getting chicken from a different bowl. (00:01:40)

Continuity mistake: When Arthur asks Doug for a game of ping pong, the paddle is lying flat on the table. In the next shot there is a ball under the paddle which Arthur picks up (The ball is still on the table). In the next shot the paddle is back on the table and the ball is missing. (00:03:15)
