The Cham-Cham - S1-E25

Corrected entry: When Lady Penelope says "Hurry, Parker, hurry!" in the speeding cable car towards the end of the episode, her lips do not move.

Correction: It is Tin-Tin who says "Hurry, Parker, hurry!", not Lady Penelope, and her (Tin-Tin's) lips DO move.

Trapped in the Sky - S1-E1

Corrected entry: It is said Fireflash is cruising at 250,000 feet. But Earth's atmosphere only heightens to 400km. Their were clouds at the the cruising altitude. Clouds only occur around the Troposhpere and maybe in the Stratosphere.

Correction: 250,000 Feet is only 76.2 kilometres so still plenty of room in your 400km.

Brink of Disaster - S1-E22

Corrected entry: Lady Penelope's driving in this episode - as she evades the crooks in the opening scenes - is very proficient and in complete contrast to the atrocious driving that she exhibited in the earlier episode 'Vault of Death'. Perhaps she has had some driving lessons in the meantime?

Correction: Perhaps she has, prompted by the very incident you refer to. Hardly seems unreasonable that she might wish to improve her skills after her abysmal performance in the earlier episode.

Tailkinker

Path of Destruction - S2-E2

Plot hole: In order to build up suspense, Virgil and Brains stand on the Crab Logger as its dangerous fuel is pumped out, despite the fact that it is hanging on the edge of a precipice. In fact they could have left as soon as they had plumbed in the pipes to empty the fuel tanks - the whole procedure is controlled by Scott in Thunderbird 1 and they make absolutely no contribution to the operation at all. They do not need to disconnect the pipes; they are left behind and dropped from Thunderbird 1 as planned. They just stand there chatting about how much danger they are in until jumping clear at the very last second. Silly buggers.
