Continuity mistake: During the launch sequence of Thunderbird 2, Virgil is sitting in his seat with the steering wheel in front of him the correct way, but when Brains comes down in the lift, the steering wheel is upside down.

Continuity mistake: When we see a model of the US Army helicopter and the four crew members outside it, you can see there is no-one inside the helicopter, but when we see the crew members talking outside the helicopter, a man has suddenly appeared.

Continuity mistake: Once Frank has started talking for the first time in the episode, he has taken his hat off. Once the Sidewinder has started moving again his hat has reappeared back on his head. The moment it tips on its side his hat is once again off.

Revealing mistake: When the four US Army members are talking outside the US Army helicopter discussing the Sidewinder situation, there is a man in the helicopter who is someone else and not Helijet Pilot Charlie.

Continuity mistake: When Lady Penelope is at the café in Paris with Sir Jeremy Hodge, she orders a Pernod. When the waiter delivers the drinks, there is a clear coloured liquid on the tray. As soon as the waiter leaves, Lady Penelope is holding the white coloured Pernod.

Continuity mistake: During the missile attack on Thunderbird 2, Virgil says "Missiles!" in the cockpit and his forehead can be seen to have sweat on it, but after a quick shot of the missiles flying through the air, we cut to Virgil again and the sweat has disappeared.

Continuity mistake: In "The Ned Cook Show" portion of this episode, Dr. Godber is initially seen sitting in front of Bletcher with at least three rows of seats behind him, but, in another shot, he then appears two rows from the back sat in front of Jeff Tracey.

Deliberate mistake: As Thunderbird 4 is shaken by the shockwave from the collapse of the Fulmer Finance building, water can be seen running down the outside of the aquarium positioned in front of the model set.

Continuity mistake: Watch the time on the clock on the wall in the USN Sentinel during the missile attack. At the start of the attack it's 12.45pm, but later on it changes to 1.05pm, and when Washington informs the Sentinel Commander to stop the attack, it's now 1.35pm.

Trivia: Although he is the main villain, the Hood appears in only six episodes throughout the entire series.
