Continuity mistake: Often during the show, the viewpoint will switch between cameras to show people from different angles. The problem is, the show is meant to be seen as a documentary, and filmed "for real", meaning these camera switches would reveal the camera that must have been taking the previous shot. No cameras are ever seen, and as a "documentary" it can't be said that the filmmakers could ask the characters to stop in mid-conversation while they moved the previous camera out of the way.

Gareth: That's one reason why gays shouldn't be allowed into the army. Because if we're in battle, is he going to be looking at the enemy, or is he going to be looking at me and going "Ooh. He looks tasty in his uniform." And I'm not homophobic, all right? Come round, look at my CDs. You'll see Queen, George Michael, Pet Shop Boys. They're all bummers.
Trivia: Gareth's friend Ogmonster is played by series co-creator, writer and director Stephen Merchant.
