In the next shot, the door is not visible anymore, and when we see it again two shots later, it is now opened to the right side. Continuity mistake: The Bully: When Mrs. Puff enters the classroom and apologizes for being late, the door knob is at the left side of the door, but in following shots it's at the right side of the door.

Audio problem: In "Just One Bite", Squidward is running, then tiptoeing by Spongebob's house. The sound of his running is fine, but the sound of tiptoeing is faster and not in sync with with movement.

Continuity mistake: In the episode "The Bully," when Flats punches Spongebob, Spongebob states to Gary that he's made out of some spongy material, that it absorbs his blows and it doesn't hurt him at all. But in later episodes, when Spongebob gets knocked out that never happens anymore.

I see it being replayed here in Australia fairly frequently. As for a general reason, there does not appear to be any for why it specifically might have been taken off the air in any country or region. Like any show certain episodes can sometimes not be replayed for long periods for unknown reasons.
