Continuity mistake: When Christopher is with J.T. in his kitchen, things on the fridge vanish and reappear between shots, depending on the camera angle.

Continuity mistake: When Tony is with Fran in her apartment, he's wearing an abstract pattern polo. Then they drive to the racetrack. At the racetrack, Tony's shirt is the same style, but the pattern is different. Then, when Tony is with Hesh, his polo reverts back to the original pattern.
Marco Polo - S5-E8
Continuity mistake: When Carmela is eating dinner with her parents and AJ, the amount of coke in her glass changes between front and rear shots.
Unidentified Black Male - S5-E9
Continuity mistake: Carmela's lawyer is holding a pen with his right hand. From a different angle, the pen is lying on a paper on the desk.
Continuity mistake: At Uncle Pat's farm, when Tony sits down to breakfast and the conversation turns to terrorism, when Pat says, "Not my problem much longer," we see the newspaper in Tony B's hands in the wide shot, but it cuts to a close-up and the newspaper is turned the opposite way, with no images and different body text.
Continuity mistake: When Tony goes to his cousin Tony Blundetto's house and talks about the incident involving Valentina, there's a circular object (like a sort of backpack) on the left side of the screen and on the couch, changing position in two different shots. (00:11:15)
Continuity mistake: Valentina is sitting and reading a magazine when Tony enters her hospital room. She places the magazine on her lap. Throughout the scene the magazine appears on her lap when the camera is on Tony and disappears when the camera is on Valentina. (00:18:57)
Continuity mistake: Tony makes a toast at the dinner table in front of Carmella and Anthony. Watch Tony's wine glass during the toast, the amount of wine in the glass changes dramatically from shot to shot. (00:21:45)
Continuity mistake: When AJ is telling his parents about the party, his sleeves go from being rolled up above his elbows, to being rolled right down and back again between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Paulie Walnuts is talking to Tony in the hospital room, the close up of the heart monitor shows the heart rate in highlighted text, with the word "Tachycardia" flashing. In the shot from Paulie's point of view, the heart rate is in normal text and "Tachycardia" is not flashing.

Continuity mistake: The card with the proverb stuck on the billboard keeps swapping positions depending if the angle is medium or close.
Johnny Cakes - S6-E8
Continuity mistake: When Tony and Julianna are sitting down to sign the contract, he picks up a pen that is lying on top of the contract. Immediately there's a cut to the contract with the pen still lying on top of it. (00:48:00)
Cold Stones - S6-E11
Continuity mistake: While in a Paris restaurant Carmela and Ro toast. Each time their wine glasses are shown on the table, the wine goes from a swallow to a half of glass. (00:39:47)
Continuity mistake: After the fight between Tony and Bobby, Tony has a large blood stain on the front of his T-shirt and he passes out. The next morning Tony wakes up the blood stain on his T-shirt is significantly smaller. (00:32:00 - 00:34:00)
Continuity mistake: Tony and Paulie rent a boat. After they cast off and get underway, Paulie is standing at the aft of the boat, not moving. Behind Paulie, there's a closed door with the boat rental information posted on it. As the boat continues to head out to sea, in the next shot of Paulie, the door is now open, but he is standing in the same spot. (00:45:20)
Continuity mistake: Paulie serves Tony a plate of rigatoni with a big slice of bread. After a few bits of rigatoni the bread disappears from the plate. (00:49:05)
Continuity mistake: At the Miami restaurant, when Tony, Paulie, and Beansie lift their champagne flutes for a toast, in the close-up Beansie holds out his glass with his right hand, but in the two wide shots he holds the glass out in his left hand.
Continuity mistake: Tony moves his wine glass and pours some wine. He places the wine bottle down in front to his left side. In the next frame the wine bottle is now to his right. (00:54:06)
