Revealing mistake: Marie acts like she is reading from Raymond's diary, however from the angle that she's holding it, it's obvious that there's no writing on the page except for a standard header on every page. Raymond also doesn't write anything when she asks him to amend the entry.

Everybody Loves Raymond (1996)
1 revealing mistake in season 5 - chronological order
Starring: Ray Romano, Doris Roberts, Brad Garrett, Patricia Heaton
Genres: Comedy
Continuity mistake: The large spoon and fork in Frank and Marie's kitchen change positions, right to left, and up and down. In some episodes the fork is on the right, and in others it is on the left. In other episodes, the fork is higher or lower than the spoon. At other times, the spoon and fork seem to be larger than at other times. It is obvious when she removes one of the utensils that they have never been moved - The Wallpaper underneath is a different shade from fading. If these were moved at subsequent times in the supposed feud, the difference in wallpaper fading would be seen.
Frank Barone: What's for brunch, Marie?
Marie Barone: Ham.
Frank Barone: Excellent. I shall put on my ham pants.
Trivia: Kevin James returns to the show that helped to give him his own show The King of Queens. Earlier in the evening, as part of CBS's "Shameless Crossover Monday" promotion, Ray, Robert and Frank appear in The King of Queens episode "Road Rayge".
