Continuity mistake: Carrie holds her fork with her right hand, but half a second later it's in her left hand. Then it reappears in her right hand. (00:04:59)
Continuity mistake: When Steve is dozing and Miranda wakes him up, his hands lay by his sides or are crossed on his tummy, depending on the shot. (00:18:51)
Continuity mistake: After Big asks for permission to smoke his cigar, Carrie's arms are either under the table, or on the table depending on the shot.
Continuity mistake: Carrie cools Big's swollen nose and he touches it with his right hand. A shot later, his left hand is raised.

Continuity mistake: When Carrie removes a bread crumb from Big's mouth she uses her thumb. From the opposite angle she is reaching again but this time she uses 3 fingers.
Continuity mistake: Near the start Miranda opens a book. A second later, from a different angle, she opens it again. (00:05:58)
Continuity mistake: Carrie takes out 2 french fry containers. Then from the opposite angle she takes out one more, but from a wide angle there are only two containers on the counter. (00:19:15)
Continuity mistake: In the episode where Big returns from Paris, Carrie meets him at his apartment with a beret and 2 McDonalds bags. She says she got a Big Mac and a Filet O'Fish. She asks him which one he wants, holding the Big Mac in her left hand and the Filet O'Fish in her right. Instantly the sandwiches switch hands in the next shot as Big walks to the right.
Continuity mistake: When Big puts his suitcase on the bed, Carrie's left arm grabs a mug to the left of her leg. A shot later it's between both legs.
