Plot hole: Monica is trusting Rachel to make a traditional English trifle and being a top chef (or an even averagely intelligent human being) she would know what ingredients are used in one. So there's no way she could have missed Rachel cooking beef with peas and onions during the cooking process. Rachel's cooking it right there in Monica's kitchen while everyone else is there!
The One Where Ross Dates a Student - S6-E18
Visible crew/equipment: While Phoebe and Rachel are with Monica in the guestroom, Phoebe decides that Rachel should be the one to get the nice room, and right before Monica tells Rachel that she's the first guest at "Hotel Monica" we can see the end of the bedroom set wall, with the kitchen and living room visible.

Question: When Ross and Rachel are fighting, Chandler hides behind the door and bursts out saying, "I knew it!" When Rachel says, "It's not that common, it doesn't happen to every guy, and it is a big deal!" is this just a Chandler moment or is there another joke I have missed?
Answer: The statements that she's contradicting (that it is common, it happens to every guy, and it's not a big deal), are the things that a woman commonly says to a man who is suffering from erectile difficulty, typically to assuage his bruised ego. However, most men do not believe that these statements are true, as evidenced by Chandler's outburst. He's so caught up in the proof that women are lying about it that he gives himself away.
