Continuity mistake: When Joey flies down towards Tea, Tristan, and Solomon after Tristan says they need to pull out the sword before it sinks into the volcano, he is holding an axe at an upward angle. Joey then says, "Not on my watch, Tristan," and the axe is pointed downwards. (00:15:24)
Continuity mistake: When Yugi returns to Tea, Tristan, and Solomon to continue fighting Joey, Yugi says, "I'll do it," and Tristan turns his head to look at him. When Tristan does this, his back is facing Yugi, and he turns his head to the left to face him. When the shot cuts, his back is facing away from Yugi, and he turns his head to the right to face him. Continuity mistake: When the main characters discover the exit from the volcano, in the shot where Tea asks, "Gee, what gave it away, Yugi?", she is standing ahead of Solomon on his left. In the next shot, she is standing directly in front of him. (00:19:47)

Continuity mistake: When the main characters reappear inside the pyramid, they are standing in front of a staircase leading to the map. But in the next shot, they are standing in front of a brick wall. (00:15:27)

Continuity mistake: Upon returning to the real world, the main characters are standing while holding hands together. In the first shot, Tristan is on Joey's left and Tea is on Joey's right. When the shot cuts, both Tristan and Tea are on Joey's right. (00:15:28)

Continuity mistake: When Alexander the Great enters Dr Brisbane's body, Dr Brisbane is kneeling on the floor. His hands are positioned halfway along the floor tile. The shot cuts to Yugi asking Brisbane if he is feeling OK, but when the shot cuts back, his hands are placed directly on the lining of the floor tiles. The floor tiles also appear to have gotten smaller in between the two shots. (00:17:35)

Continuity mistake: When Alexander is running up the stairs after getting the necklace, it has a chain around the pendant. Seconds later, he runs up to the door that requires the pendant to open it; the chain has disappeared from the necklace without him ever being shown removing it, leaving only the pendant.
