Visible crew/equipment: While McManus is in his office with Warden Glynn, McManus tells Kareem that in Em City they treat each other with respect, and in the shots of Glynn standing beside the windows, the reflection of the camera operator with the camera is visible on the window's glass.

Visible crew/equipment: During Dino's visit with his family, when he tells Ginny never to bring the kids back to Oz, he hangs up the telephone, and just as Dino turns around with his back facing the camera, the reflection of the camera operator is visible on the partition.
Visible crew/equipment: Simon brings Kenny to Jefferson's cell to meet his new roommate. When Kenny tells Jefferson he wants to be part of his crew and says, "I want to be G," the reflection of the boom operator holding up the boom pole/mic is visible on the glass door during the conversation.
