Continuity mistake: When Carrie finds out Natasha's name her hands rests on the arm. A shot later she says "What is this?" and her hand is suddenly raised, but a shot later we go back to the initial angle with her hands in the previous position.
Continuity mistake: Big grabs an asparagus, and says he'll spend the night with Allegra. He then snaps the asparagus but a shot later his hands are lowered, and he is grabbing the asparagus from the counter again.
Continuity mistake: When Harry says he'll wear the Oscar de la Renta dress his hands are either holding the dress or not depending on the shot.
Continuity mistake: When they are about to sit at the concert, there's a woman on the left wearing a purple skirt stepping in the hall, next to a man in a suit. When the shot changes the man has vanished.
Continuity mistake: During the funeral, Gloria and Carrie hold hands, then loose them and lower their arms, but a shot later they're holding hands again and repeating all movements.
Continuity mistake: When Miranda arrives at school, while she's talking with her teacher, the three books she's holding change positions between shots: sometimes two being higher than the black book, others all three perfectly levelled. This changes several times.
Continuity mistake: When Carrie leaves the funeral home, the way the mortician's left hand grabs the folder suddenly changes between shots.
Continuity mistake: While with the mortician, when Charlotte finally stands up Carrie's right arm swaps between being either extended or next to her belly.
When in Rome - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: Carrie passes by a darkened chunk of pavement. A shot later she's meters behind heading towards that part again. (00:24:36)
Continuity mistake: When Carrie sits on the bed her legs are either next to the edge or hanging loose off it.
Continuity mistake: When Charlotte and Carrie are in physical therapy, Carrie's left hand is on the arm rest but a shot later it's away, plus her right hand suddenly appears over her bag.
Continuity mistake: At home, when Carrie stands up to pee, the way the quilt is folded changes back and forth between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Che and Miranda play with the kitchen towel, the towel is stretched, and they are both apart. A shot later they're suddenly next to each other and the towel is scrunched up plus Che is grabbing it with her left hand instead of her right. (00:24:01)
Continuity mistake: Miranda asks Che "Are you always this funny?" And right then her left arm and hand jump between lying by her side to being next to her mouth. (00:23:47)
Continuity mistake: Che drinks from her cup but it magically disappears between shots. (00:15:52)
Continuity mistake: At the hospital cafeteria, there's a small piece of lettuce pinched on Miranda's fork. Shot changes, and she's now chewing, the piece of lettuce gone, without her having taken the fork to her mouth.
Continuity mistake: When the scene with Miranda and Che eating at the cafeteria starts, Miranda's right arm is lowered behind the table. A shot later it's suddenly bent and holding a fork stuck to a salad in-front.
Continuity mistake: Charlotte walks Carrie to the toilet. They're two meters away from the exit door. Shot changes, and they're suddenly right next to it and Carrie is leaning on the wall.
Continuity mistake: In the hospital room, when Miranda says she's still a tomboy, she holds the left edge of the book with her left hand, but a shot later her hand is on top of the opposite page.
Continuity mistake: At the hospital, Carrie grabs the buzzer, raises her arm and shows it to the receptionist. A shot later her arm is resting on the counter.
Answer: Che's referring to when they officially began their affair (right after the fund-raiser auction) and had declared their feelings for one another. The kitchen incident was a separate, one-time encounter with a long gap in-between, though with an open invitation for future meet-ups.
