Visible crew/equipment: When Miranda introduces Joy to Charlotte, the mirror behind them reflects a chandelier. In the close-up, however, it instead reflects a square black-and-white set light hanging from the ceiling. (According to the show's Season 3 making-of video, the set ceiling could be removed to allow lamps to be replaced with set lights.)

Answer: Che's referring to when they officially began their affair (right after the fund-raiser auction) and had declared their feelings for one another. The kitchen incident was a separate, one-time encounter with a long gap in-between, though with an open invitation for future meet-ups.
