Continuity mistake: The first minutes of the episode are a dream sequence and normal logic may not apply. However, when Miyuki disappears, her drink is still there in the first shot, gone from the table in the wide shot, it is there again in close-up. That seems like an ordinary mistake, it's not as if Kindaichi is noticing Miyuki's disappearance AND a ghost lemonade mysteriously blinking in and out of existence. (00:03:00)

A few seconds later there's a shot of the table from above the shoulder; not only the stuff on Kindaichi's tray changed and the yogurt moved to the right, but Miyuki was sitting across him and now she's on his right.
